Additional Information: Originally from Carlsbad, California by Irving Cummings. It was introduced in 1939 from a plant discovered in 1920. The season is Dec. to Feb. it looks like Fuerte. Solid tree, weak cultivator, tends to fall bears dormancy. Non-commercial. In general, avocados can regulate appetite, feed friendly bacteria in the gut and reduce the risk of many diseases.
